Description

The GOODWAY GV-500M is a high-speed vertical CNC turning center engineered for shops that demand a compact footprint without compromising rigidity, torque, or machining performance. Designed for medium-sized workpieces and heavy-duty turning applications, the GV-500M combines a robust one-piece Meehanite cast bed and column structure with precision linear guideways and a powerful spindle system to deliver stable, accurate, and repeatable performance in demanding production environments.

With a maximum turning diameter of 620 mm, maximum turning height of 520 mm, and a 12" chuck (optional 15"), this machine is well suited for industries machining flanges, rings, brake components, housings, and other round parts. Its servo indexing turret provides fast, precise tool changes, while the optional live tooling and C-axis capability transforms the GV-500M into a true multitasking solution—allowing turning, drilling, tapping, and milling operations to be completed in a single setup.

Powered by a FANUC Oi-TF Plus control, the machine offers user-friendly operation, reliable performance, and modern CNC functionality for efficient day-to-day production.
