Description

The Bemato JHU-3510 CNC Cylindrical Grinding Machine is engineered for high-precision external grinding applications, combining rigid construction, advanced spindle technology, and CNC automation for consistent accuracy and stable performance. Its grinding wheel spindle is supported by dual special hydrodynamic bearings with a five-point support design, delivering exceptional rigidity, smooth rotation, and vibration suppression, while an automatic lubrication protection system prevents wear by stopping the spindle under low-oil conditions.

The machine accommodates workpieces up to 350 mm swing and 1,000 mm grinding length, with a maximum between-centers weight of 130 kg, making it suitable for shafts, rollers, and precision components. Variable spindle speeds (up to 1,750 rpm at 60 Hz) and fine 0.001 mm minimum feed increments ensure excellent surface finish and tight tolerances.

The system features servo-driven X and Z axes, MT4 centers, hydraulic table movement, and a high-performance grinding wheel motor, supported by a complete hydraulic and compulsory lubrication system for reliable continuous operation. Standard equipment includes a wheel dresser, splash guard with mist collection, coolant system, and touch probe gauge, with optional accessories such as magnetic separator, balancing devices, internal attachment, and advanced in-process measuring systems for enhanced process control.
