The Honor Seiki VL-125CM is a heavy-duty CNC vertical turning center engineered for precision, stability, and versatility. With a table diameter of 1,250 mm and a maximum turning diameter of 1,600 mm, this machine is built to handle large, complex workpieces up to 5,000 kg. Its rigid construction, combined with advanced Fanuc 0i-TF Plus CNC control, delivers exceptional performance across demanding industries such as aerospace, energy, heavy machinery, and precision components manufacturing.
The VL-125CM is equipped with a variable-speed table (3–300 RPM) supported by a crossed roller bearing spindle for superior accuracy and durability. Its X/Z axis travels (L200 + R950 / 900 mm) provide flexibility for large parts, while the 16-position ATC magazine (6 turning, 9 drilling, 1 cover) ensures efficient tool management. A second spindle motor (11/15 kW, BT50, up to 2250 RPM) adds live tooling capability for complex machining, supported by high-pressure coolant through live tools (10 bar).
Designed with automation and ease of operation in mind, the machine comes standard with a chip conveyor, complete splash guard, automatic lubrication, and air-conditioned electrical cabinet. Optional upgrades, including a Solid Lock System, gearbox for live spindle, linear scales, and CE certification, make the VL-125CM a flexible solution tailored to customer needs.
