Description

The AWEA GF-650 High-Speed CNC Graphite Milling Center is a precision-engineered machining solution specifically designed for high-speed dry milling of graphite, carbon fiber, glass-fiber composites, and other abrasive, dust-generating materials. Equipped with a FANUC 0i-MF CNC control, the GF-650 delivers rapid traverse speeds of 48 m/min on the X/Y axes, 32 m/min on the Z-axis, and cutting feed rates of up to 15 m/min, with positioning accuracy of ±0.01 mm and repeatability of ±0.003 mm according to JIS B 6338. Its FEM-optimized rigid machine structure, precision linear guideways, spindle cooling system, and centralized automatic lubrication support stable and accurate machining operations.

Specifically engineered for graphite machining environments, the GF-650 incorporates a high-performance dust extraction and self-cleaning filtration system, fully enclosed machining area with roof, protective dustproof covers on all axes, and a removable internal dust collection tank to minimize airborne graphite particles and protect critical machine components.
