Description

The EVERISING S-4633SA is a heavy-duty semi-automatic pivot-type mitre cutting band saw engineered for precise, efficient cutting of structural materials and a wide variety of metalworking applications. Designed with bi-directional swivel capability from -60° to +45°, the S-4633SA provides excellent flexibility for straight and angled cuts while allowing the operator to position material efficiently without unnecessary handling. Its rigid construction, hydraulic vise clamping, hydraulic blade tension, and hydraulic flow-down feed control provide stable and consistent cutting performance, making it well suited for fabrication shops, steel service operations, and general industrial production.

The S-4633SA offers a cutting capacity of 330 mm (13") round or 460 × 305 mm (18.1" × 12") rectangular at 90°. At ±45°, it handles material up to 305 mm (12") round or 305 × 305 mm (12" × 12") rectangular, while at -60° it provides capacity up to 220 mm (8.7") round or 250 × 220 mm (9.8" × 8.7") rectangular. A 25, 45, 70 and 100 m/min blade speed range enables the machine to accommodate different materials and cutting requirements, while the 2.2 kW (3 HP) blade drive motor delivers dependable cutting power.

Built for operator convenience and production reliability, the S-4633SA incorporates hydraulic vise clamping, a working light, roller stock table, bi-metal saw blade, and tool kit as standard equipment. The combination of hydraulic blade tension and controlled hydraulic down-feed helps maintain proper blade engagement throughout the cutting cycle, supporting consistent cut quality and blade life. With a 770 mm (30.3") table height and a robust machine design, the S-4633SA provides a practical and versatile solution for shops requiring accurate mitre cutting with straightforward semi-automatic operation.

For applications requiring additional material-handling capability, the S-4633SA can also be configured with optional equipment including a nesting fixture for bundle cutting, variable vise pressure, variable blade speed by inverter, and a 1.5 m roller stock table, allowing the machine to be tailored to specific production requirements.
