Description

The ZOPO SVT600 Vertical Tapping Center is a compact, high-speed CNC machining solution designed for efficient drilling, tapping, and precision machining applications. With 600 × 400 × 330 mm X/Y/Z travel, a 20,000 RPM BBT30 direct-drive spindle, and rapid traverse rates of 48 m/min on all three axes, the SVT600 is built for fast cycle times and productive machining.

Equipped with a Mitsubishi M80A CNC control, the SVT600 combines responsive machine control with a three-axis linear guideway design. Its 700 × 420 mm worktable supports workpieces up to 250 kg, providing a practical machining envelope for a wide range of production components.

For high-production environments, the machine features a 21-tool automatic tool magazine with a 1.5-second tool-to-tool change time, helping reduce non-cutting time during multi-operation machining. The machine is specified with 0.008 mm positioning accuracy and 0.004 mm repeat positioning accuracy across the X, Y, and Z axes.

Standard equipment includes rigid tapping, spindle air blast, oil chiller, cutting coolant and air systems, automatic lubrication, inner chip flushing, LED work and warning lights, and a fully enclosed splash guard.
