Description

The ZOPO SHL50PV CNC Horizontal Lathe is a high-performance turning solution designed for precision machining, flexibility, and efficient production of complex components. Combining powerful turning capability with Y-axis machining, live tooling, and a servo tailstock, the SHL50PV enables multiple machining operations to be completed in a single setup, helping reduce part handling and improve overall productivity.

Built on a one-piece high-rigidity bed, the SHL50PV is engineered for stability and consistent machining performance. Its dual X-axis structure provides ±50 mm Y-axis travel, while the 12-station BMT55 servo live-tool turret expands machining capability for applications requiring turning, drilling, milling, and other secondary operations.

The machine features an A2-6 spindle with speeds up to 4,500 rpm, 11/15 kW spindle power, and maximum spindle torque of 236 Nm. A servo-controlled tailstock provides additional support for shaft-type and longer workpieces.

Equipped with a FANUC 0i MF Plus CNC control, the SHL50PV provides a proven control platform for reliable and efficient operation.
