Description

The AWEA FCV-800II is a high-performance gantry-type simultaneous 5-axis machining center designed for precision machining of complex and high-value components across aerospace, medical, mold & die, automotive, and semiconductor industries. Built with a FEM-optimized high-rigidity Meehanite cast iron structure, the machine delivers exceptional stability, vibration damping, and long-term machining accuracy. The FCV-800II features X/Y/Z travels of 800 / 900 / 660 mm, a large Ø800 mm swivel table with a maximum load capacity of up to 1,400 kg, and a machining capacity up to Ø980 mm × 600 mm. Its dual-drive A-axis swivel table design minimizes torsional deformation while providing smooth simultaneous 5-axis motion with A-axis travel from -110° to +40° and continuous 360° C-axis rotation.

The machine is equipped with a high-performance built-in spindle capable of 16,000 rpm as standard, with an optional 24,000 rpm configuration available, delivering up to 29 kW spindle output for both high-speed finishing and heavy-duty cutting applications. High-speed roller-type linear guideways, double-nut precision ball screws, and rapid traverse rates up to 48 m/min ensure excellent dynamic performance and productivity. Standard features include a 32-tool automatic tool changer, comprehensive chip flushing system, coolant tank, fully enclosed splash guarding, spindle cooling system, centralized automatic lubrication, air-conditioned electrical cabinet, and advanced HEIDENHAIN TNC7 control.
