Its fixed-portal cast iron structure with ribbed reinforcement delivers maximum rigidity and vibration damping under high-speed conditions.
Equipped with a high-speed HSK 63-A electrospindle reaching up to 24,000 rpm, the K3X 8 Five supports aggressive cutting while maintaining excellent surface finishes. Its torque-motor-driven tilting and rotary axes ensure backlash-free movement and high positioning accuracy, allowing continuous motion from vertical to horizontal. Preloaded ball screws with expansion compensation, absolute measurement scales, and thermal stability features enable excellent repeatability and contouring precision. The ergonomic design, easy maintenance access, and optional vibration monitoring system make it a versatile and production-ready 5-axis CNC solution.
