The double-rail and bush roller chain system ensures stable and controlled movement, while the travel switch and rotation bracket securely limit the motion at the 90-degree position, preventing over-rotation. Equipped with an electric cabinet and a moveable operation panel, the system offers user-friendly controls for a seamless and efficient mold-flipping process.
Structure Overview
• The machine adopts steel plate welding structure.
• There are double rails on the rolling support, and bush roller chain is fixed between the rails, which can make the stable revolving.
• There are 4 bogie wheels in the base that can lift and limit the scrolling support.
• The motor is the electric braking motor.
• The reducer is the planet cycloidal pinwheel connected with motor.
• After the reducer slows down, the machine revolves through chain sprocket gear drives the center chain of the rotation bracket. The travel switch is fixed on the 90-degree position in order to limit the rotation bracket on the 90 degree position.
• There are electric cabinet and moveable button operation box for operation on the machine.
• The safety panel is attached on the machine, and when the safety panel reverses up, that is ,Dump, the button operation box fails.
