Description

The AWEA BM-1200II is a C-frame vertical machining center designed to handle heavy-duty and high-precision applications with ease. Built with box way construction on all three axes and pre-tensioned ball screws, it ensures stable, vibration-free cutting—making it ideal for mold and die, automotive, and aerospace manufacturing.

This machine features generous travel capacities (1200mm X, 650mm Y, 610mm Z) and a large 1300mm x 650mm table with a 1200 kg load capacity. Its in-house gearbox spindle delivers 6000 RPM and high torque, supported by a CAT40 taper and a 24-tool automatic tool changer. For thermal control and reliability, it includes a spindle oil chiller, a heat exchanger for the electrical cabinet, and an enclosed roof splash guard to maintain accuracy over long operations.

The BM-1200II comes fully equipped with productivity-boosting features such as a spindle air curtain, coolant nozzles, front chip auger, air blow system, centralized automatic lubrication, oil skimmer, and rigid tapping. Operator-friendly additions include a work light, alarm light, upgraded glass front window, RJ-45 and RS-232 interfaces, air and coolant guns, automatic power-off, and a complete tool box with foundation bolt kit.
