The SXKH HMG-ES Series Die Spotting Press is engineered for high-precision mold matching, ergonomic accessibility, and enhanced safety. With a four-column design and four hydraulic cylinders, it delivers a maximum clamping force of 200T and an opening force of 46T, ensuring strong and stable performance. The platen dimensions of 1800 x 1500 mm, along with a pillar distance of 1720 mm, provide ample space for handling various mold sizes. Featuring a maximum daylight of 1900 mm and a minimum daylight of 200 mm, this press allows for efficient die spotting, repair, and finishing in a single, controlled environment.
1. The main parts:
• Presses with four 40Cr alloy steel columns, using Oil-free self-lubrication graphite copper sleeves, making the machine cleaner and more environmentally friendly.
• High standard of configuration ensures excellent performance of the press
• The upper platen can be titled forward up to 180°
• The shift-out rail of the lower platen adopts wear resistant rail with intensified handle and large-scale dust-proof device, driven by an Eton hydraulic Motor with a chain gear structure, which are easy for maintenance.
• Using high tensile rod to provide higher accuracy and to make more convenient for platen parallelism adjustment when the mold is closed with high pressure.
• Using four mold clamping cylinders to apply pressure even when the mold is closed with high pressure.
• All electrical components are safe in compliance with CE, UL,CSA standards.
• Machine colors are available on customer requirement.
2. Hydraulic and electrical system:
• The servo hydraulic system adopts optimal combination of imported high performance hydraulic elements, and ensures accurate and keeps the machine quiet. The oil pump hydraulic valve is the world first-class brand.
• Siemens PLC controller; all the parameters can be displayed by the Siemens HMI and free to set up.
• Energy-efficient and low-consumption LED lamps for the optimal lighting of the working area
3. Mold-protection function:
• Using the proportional backpressure method, it can be adjusted freely according to the actual weight of mold and play an actual role of mold protection.
4. Safety Design:
• Using Anti-dropping, safety devices with suspension type to make your mold and machine safer.
• Sufficient Safety Devices and Sitema Pneumatic-mechanical locks on the right and left sides of upper platen.
• Providing practical reliable failure detection and alarm and low-pressure mold protection functions.
